We are thrilled to be returning to Jagarwirt in beautiful Styria, Austria. The team at Poliphonia is honored to be able to cook once again at this rare venue, a slice of paradise in the rolling forested Styrian hills. Here gastronomy, and deep natural wine lists meets heart felt hospitality in a charming rural environment celebrating seasonal produce, but in this case with a spicey Georgian spin. We will be cooking a sequence of feasts from the 19th-21st of March.
